I LIKE THE STAFF.. THE FRIENDLY AND HELP ME ALOT,AND NOT THE HOTEL. I TOOK 2 DAYS ROOM AND NEVER CHANGE MY TOWEL ALSO. I MYSELF CLEAN THE ROOM. IM COMING BATAM FOR BUSINESS MEETING AND THERE DIDN'T HAVE IRON BOX ALSO. UNFORTUNATELY I DO ZOOM MEETING FROM MORNING TILL EVENING. ASK THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT PROVIDE IRON BOX AND IRON TABLE. BATAM EVERYTING FOR MONEY. EVEN THEY SHOW WAY ALSO NEDED TO PAY 2000 RUPIAH. SO MUCH OF ATTITUDE. I CLEAN THE ROOM BEFORE I CHECK OUT. I SEJD THE PICTURE OF THE ROOM BEFORE I CHECK OUT. I CLEAN MYSELY. STUPID ISN'T. BUT I DO MY PART.
